This is about my grandma she has been really sick this whole year and in the hospital a lot and they found a blood clot by her liver, and they think that she might have cancer and I am really afraid that if she does that she is going to die and I don't know what I will do without her she has always been there for me and she has never given up on me and she has always had faith in me...
