I can’t help but wonder
What am I doing here?
It seems as if everything
Has changed.
To be perfectly honest,
everything has.
Me & you aren’t together,
As a matter a fact
We both have moved on!
I can only help to
Remember all of those good
Times we have shared together!
As I sit here,
I even remember
All of those tears that
have left my eyes.
I know that I have
Lost you but
In my own ways
I still feel just as
Close to you as I was before.
To me if your happy that’s
All that matters.
Were still friends and
The best thing is….
I can still tell you everything.
And just being friends with you makes me happy!
