Every song (or poem) I write, ends up being a "LOVE" song by virtue of my name.
My name is Tim Love (yes, that's my real name).
I wrote & recorded a song that kind of reflects how us guys deal with being 'dumped' by someone we really love.
It's called 'AmGmDm' (no hidden meaning - 1st 3 chords of the songs are A minor, G minor, and D minor).
The lyrics are:
What I once thought were true feelings,
Somehow disappeared so fast
I once thought we would be forever
Somehow I knew it wouldn't last….
All the time that I spent with you,
Love would grow more everyday.
What difference does that make to you now?
That is something I can't say….
Now your gone and I'm so lonely
Misery begins to call.
In my world you were all that mattered.
In my world you were my all….
Oh my love, how could this happen?
How could we let it slip away?
I want to wrap myself around you.
I long to do that everyday….
