Janet is owner of Happy Memories Tea Parties, and co-owner of Star Inventory Services, L.L.C. She is passionate about helping others and writes because she loves to share ideas. In addition to writing about community building, she has just finished writing her first business motivational book.
Writing a column on Legal Tips is Monica Donaldson, who earned a law degree from Arizona State University College of Law and has practiced law since 1997. Ms. Donaldson is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, American Bar Association, Maricopa County and East Valley Bar Associations, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also the author of Relentless Hartt, a mystery novel featuring Lexi Hartt.
Julie Brink, owner and managing broker of Saguaro Mountain Realty, joins EVLiving as writer for the Real Estate Tips column. Julie has been living in the East Valley since 1988 and has been selling real estate in Arizona since 1993. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Computer Science, and prior to selling homes, she sold computer hardware for a large distributor in Chandler, Arizona.
